    Please read Sec. 3.4 (pp. 102-4) first. Just college calculus to understand "Comparison Principle".

    Note:
    1. Use pptool to support your analysis.
    2. This problem is the same as Exercise 2.28. But we are more concerned on the solution sensitivity and the solution bound estimate.
